Every so often someone looking for a career change would ask me, “How do I go about a career change and tackle the challenges of impressing the employer when I don’t have direct experience in the field of work?”

  2. Put the focus where it matters

  4. Take the initiative to obtain the knowledge you need to successfully move into the new career path
  5. Find yourself a good mentor with experience in that particular field of work
