Don was a graduate of the Wharton School of Business as well as Stanford University’s Executive Program. While managing About Jobs, he was featured as a Keynote Speaker at dozens of job fairs and executive conferences, and he was quoted in numerous articles and radio/TV shows. His Breadth of experience and in-depth industry knowledge shaped the About Jobs company and led to the delivery of high quality services that yielded 95% client satisfaction rate, which is now the service standard for all About Jobs packages.

In 2016, Don passed away and his business was restructured to be managed by Maryann Riggs, a top partner and Certified Professional Resume Writer who worked with Don for About Jobs since its inception.

Frequently noted as an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, she has developed and implemented marketing strategies to create road maps of success for her clients. She has lead engagements on personal decision journeys, customer experience improvement, brand positioning, and social intelligence. She also has extensive training and certifications in career management and interview prep techniques, enabling her to provide advanced coaching services to our clients.
